Be advised, If potential applicants have ever been convicted of a felony, a crime of violence (assault, battery, adw, etc.) within the past ten years or any domestic violence, they would not be eligible to take the firearms course. Additionally, if they have any theft related charges, they would also be disqualified from the guard card application.
